Monica Sivero

After obtaining a degree in Political Science from the University of Padua, Monica Sivero began her career in Human Resources. Her first professional steps were taken within a multinational pharmaceutical company, where she developed solid expertise in Talent Acquisition.

Monica then strengthened her experience as Group HR Director at UFI Filters Group, managing HR processes on an international scale, including plant start-up projects, corporate restructurings, and the development of organizational and governance models. This role led her to deal with complex global situations, both in Europe and emerging markets such as China, Tunisia, and India.

After a decade of Corporate experience, Monica fully transitioned into the Consultancy, focusing on Executive Search and strategic consulting projects mainly for local clients, managing the selection of Middle/Top Managers and Executives.

In September 2024, Monica joined VP Human Capital Solutions at the Padua office, from where she develops and manages the North East Italian market.

Thanks to her extensive experience within Corporates, Monica has maintained a generalist profile, collaborating with Companies of different industries and helping them to recruit key figures in General Management, Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Finance functions. Her contributions also extend to organizational consulting and, more broadly, to enhancing Human Capital.

Monica’s deep knowledge of Family Business dynamics and her passion for organizational models make her a professional strongly focused on creating value in Corporates undergoing Change Management.
