ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Giuseppe Lazzeroni holds a Law Degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

He is a Training Coach at the Scuola Italiana di Life e Corporate Coaching, and obtained a diploma as a Professional Internal Coach for Business.

He began his professional career in Human Resources Management at Gemeaz Cusin- Accor Italia Group; after two years he transitioned to Pirelli Group and in Prysmian, where over the course of 20 years his roles and responsibilities significantly flourished in Italy and abroad, as Country, Region and Business Unit Human Resources Director.

In these roles he was able to build a noteworthy international network with a significant experience, both personally and professionally, in Romania and in the U.K.

In 2012 he repatriated to Italy where he became the Human Resources Director in Lagostina and Group Seb, Italy.

He then became the H.R. Country Manager at Socotherm Italia – Shawcor-Group in 2017.

Giuseppe has a business focus on Executive Search specifically in the Industrial, Retail and Consumer sectors.
