With nearly 10 years of experience in HR consulting and headhunting, Eugenio Fiaschini is an expert in the recruitment of mid, senior, and executive profiles, with a particular focus on the tech and digital sectors. Deeply passionate and highly knowledgeable about the worlds of tech, digital, and innovation, he has also had the opportunity to work with companies across diverse industries, building a successful track record in both startup and scale-up environments as well as in established multinational corporations.

Following an international experience with a major multinational group, he successfully transitioned into headhunting, launching and leading the division dedicated to tech profiles in Northeast Italy for a large international headhunting firm. Later, he built the HR function from scratch for an innovative software company, contributing to the rapid expansion of the business and fostering a culture focused on talent development and achieving strategic goals.

Throughout his career, he also spearheaded the launch of a new brand, establishing a Northeast Italy office from the ground up and quickly turning it into a key partner for recruiting and selecting highly qualified profiles.
