Emanuela Luciani

Emanuela has a degree in Human Science at the Cattolica University of Milan and has a Master in Human Resources Management.

She starts her career in an Italian Executive Search boutique where she becomes familiar to Head Hunting approach.

As a Senior Consultant, she is in charge of management search in various industries and functions. Areas of excellence are developed in the Industrial, FMCG, Fashion & Luxury and TLC. Then Emanuela becomes an active member in Robert Half Italian branch start up and development: as a Senior Manager, she is in charge not only of important Italian listed Companies and Large Corporates but also of Italian Middle Market excellence players.

She adds to her already rich background an extraordinary network in the Finance and Insurance areas.

Emanuela is focused on Food, Fashion & Furniture, Manufacturing / Precision Mechanics, Oil & Gas / Energy and Insurance and has developed strong network in Engineering, Human Resources, Sales and General Management functions searches.
