Damiano Bianco

Damiano holds a Master’s Degree in Asian Studies and Business Management from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

He is a professional with a ten years experience in Executive Search and Management Consulting both in Europe and Asian Countries.

Damiano has worked for seven years in China, Japan and Hong Kong, building a proven track record of achievements and value creation in extremely fast-moving and multicultural environments. He starts his career at Risfond International, a prominent Chinese recruiting company based in Shanghai. He afterwards worked at the sales department of the Chinese branch of Fujitsu Microelectronics, and then as an HR Consultant for Zhenbang Aerospace Group, a structured corporation based in Beijing.

In 2015 he seized the opportunity to embrace the role of Consultant at Dotto ReSearch, one of the most esteemed Executive Search company in Northeast Italy, and then as a Senior for AIMS International, a renowned Executive Search firm based in Milan, Verona and Padua. In this context he has been able to improve his professional expertise and to develop an insightful understanding of the local environment, providing both SMEs and multinational companies with customized, accurate and effective services.

He currently works at Villa & Partners Executive Search, a prestigious consultancy firm specialized in the search of Executive Management, with offices and local experts in Italy and across all continents.

With the conviction that the selection of the most consistent human capital is the key of the success of any organization, he passionately manages both local and international projects, focusing on Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive and Middle Market.

He speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
